9 THINGS WORKING RIGHT NOW FOR Facebook ADS

I wanted to give you a quick list of 9 things that we are doing right now that are doing really well.

1. Comment “I’m in” – This style of ad has some of the highest organic reach we have ever seen with extremely low cost per engagement. This allows you to both gain an email address and messenger bot subscriber (when integrated with a bot, which we highly recommend).

2. Canvas Ads – For explaining new concepts and then transitioning that interest into a further complex action, this works almost like an ‘Instant Article’ ad combined with ‘Video’ and all inside of Facebook (which Facebook likes and prefers).

3. Canvas Ads for Sale Generation – By embedding the entire pitch inside of Facebook and bringing the person directly to a streamlined “checkout” page, this method works really well. The key here is to have the ad positioned and retargeted at the right time.

4. Retargeting Stack Method – With this strategy you do 3-6 videos that are 30 seconds long. You run these as retargeting ads based on 15 second view time. After the 3rd video, you retarget them with the core lead magnet. (Videos that are animated work best for cold audiences)

5. Talking Head Videos – When you are in a B2B niche, videos of YOU work best in retargeting ads once someone is an actual lead.

6. Social Proof Stacking – When you run an ad to hot traffic first, then retarget your warm audiences, then colder audiences, you reduce your cost per click and/or view. This also allows for a higher amount of retained time.

7. Retarget Bot Leads – Retargeting those who subscribe to your Messenger Bot can give you EXTREMELY low cost per clicks and VERY low costs per conversion to high-level actions (strategy calls, webinars, sales).

8. Lead Ads as Step 1 – Using Lead Ads to get people to complete the first step of a strategy application has been working for some of our clients (more so in the B2B space) to reduce the amount of friction between an ad and an actual form. When coupled with a short 1-2 minute retargeted video ad, this is gold.

9. Preframe with PR – Using PR to pre-frame the conversation
(authority blogs, websites) and then retarget has seen HUGE increases in engagement and lower cost per conversions.
